hi cats
glad little kitten is feeling better.its hard work when very little ones are poorly as your lap is their favourite place and then you are stuck unable do anything else!
glad your back is on the mend tooSmile
im at the doctors this morning but will be around by lunchtime if you want some gentle proddingWink

CatsSleepAnywhere · 28/03/2012 09:34

Hope all goes well at the doctors zoo.
How is your back now?

I will probably have to stay home most of today again, DD didn't want to go to nursery and I wasn't going to push her into it. It will give her an extra day to recover anyway if she is home.

I would like to be around for chat/encouragement/"buddying" today.
DD likes club penguin lately though so I will try and do a bit of both.

zoo if I'm not around though, you know how to get hold of me Wink.

Am back but DD is being very fussy and doesn't want anything I'm offering (foodwise) She has been off her food lately with being ill.

aw bless scout
the forecast for where we are is back to average temp at weekend of 10oc

CatsSleepAnywhere · 28/03/2012 13:41

Hi all, posted my Ta da on the other thread.

DD fell asleep on my lap just now. She woke up at 4.30am this morning so not surprised she's asleep.

I hope the weather is still nice tomorrow cause I've mostly been stuck in the house since about Saturday cause DD was ill.

off to do a bit more in a mo.

Scout19075 · 28/03/2012 13:42

zoo, we're in East Anglia too (Suffolk/Cambs border) and I've heard the temp, too, which is why I've been getting us out to enjoy this weather as much as possible! Had hoped to get to the NT farm this week but we've just been going out for walks and to the parks/playgrounds (which is free and more local).

liveinazoo · 28/03/2012 13:44

little zoo watching mr men dvd now so will also crack on
meet at 2 cats?

CatsSleepAnywhere · 28/03/2012 13:45

Yep, meet at 2. Grin

CamperWidow · 28/03/2012 14:17

Hey all! Well, we went for a loverly walk to the par and had a 'nic-pic' and a go on the swings and slides and the house be damned today! Grin
As you lot are over that way, DB and his family live Yarmouth and I've just bought my niece a years pass to Bewilderwood for her birthday! Do I get Good Aunty points? They've been once and loved it, so I thought it would be better than more plastic junk cluttering up their house.

carrotsandcelery · 28/03/2012 15:04

Hello everyone! Just nipping in quickly before the school run. I have been out and about with a couple of friends getting a few jobs done.

Scout we have been advised to velcro our black out blinds right onto the window frame for ds so that no light at all gets in. Would that help TS with his naps? Our fear is the early morning light really but we were told they get better quality sleep in the dark.

It is still about 20C here but hazy and breezier so it doesn't feel as hot as it was at all. Sad The dogs are relieved though so there is always a silver lining Grin

carrotsandcelery · 28/03/2012 18:18

I am feeling a bit sad.

We seemed to be making progress with ds but he has been up the last two nights and has been in trouble today at school and is being totally vile with us now.

A large part of the problem is clearly sleep.

I am trying hard not to see myself as back to square one.

CatsSleepAnywhere · 28/03/2012 19:13

DD is back to normal which is great! Grin but it also means the DC are charging around like crazy.

carrotsandcelery · 28/03/2012 19:22

Thanks Cats

Passes Cats a creme egg. Anyone else want one?

I am glad kittens is better. Her sleep earlier has clearly done some good. Smile

carrotsandcelery · 28/03/2012 19:22

Mine have been chucked outside to burn it off on the trampoline. Ds's new glasses may not last long! Shock

CatsSleepAnywhere · 28/03/2012 19:30

Mmmm cream egg, yum! yum!

it's good now it's light for longer cause they can go outside longer.
