Keep getting sucked into ebay at the moment so think I might have to avoid using the computer and do paper lists for a bit...easy to get carried away on ebay a) because you are getting a bargain (even if you can't even afford the bargainous price really) and b) paypal isn't real money.

I have won some curtains for the dc room though (that my mum promised me she would organise nearly a year ago grumble grumble) so that should at least look more together and finished now.

I am fed up trying to catch up on washing and the farmer is out spreading dung and the tumble drier on overdrive!!!!!!

Totally fed up with DH who rolled in at gone midnight having had too much to drink, then got up a couple of times in the night for the loo (hello? I'm the pg one?!) and snored beyond belief until about 4am when i gave up trying to wake him and came down to the sofa. (wishing i hadn't stripped the spare room bed in a fit of organisation yesterday!!)

At least the boys didn't get up until 7 so i had a few hours peace.
DS2 coughing, again, though, so waiting for the inevitable GP run later....

On a cute note, went into check on boys last night and both were in the same bed :) DS2 sleeping on DS1's bed with DS1's blanket in his mouth!

Have cancelled orchestra, too tired & DS2 too poorly to really leave with a sitter. Hit me today that I really hate the responsibility of a sick child - that may sound obvious but having to be the one that makes decisions about medicine/doc visits/etc & worrying if i'm over or under-reacting, does my head in, while DH misses it all by being at work.

JKS - I am entirely with you on that. It's really tough. I had one recently with DS, shall I, shan't I insist on seeing a doctor, is it really an emergency etc etc. And luckily, my instincts were right and the doctor was completely on board and did not mind at all...... But it is so hard to know. Mind you, in that instance, he did have a bubble of blood hanging out the side of his eyeball, so I was entitled to freak out!!! But you still never know, and some doctors are very much of the eyeball rolling type as you reel off the symptoms they have seen seventeen times already today.... and it might pass really fast. BUT, if in doubt, shout. You can't take any chances.

Ditto making the call about sick children when dd1 was 2 and started limping everyone thought I was imagining it and then over reacting, look at her now poor thing has had arthritis for 8 years 3 major eye ops, gut instinct is never wrong I say, (and so what if it is (occassionally))
