Morning all trust me to pick a miserable Monday Morning to decide I am going for a walk AND I am going to lose weight,

so I am not going to stick around on here or I won't go

My spa was lovely and think it has given me a little gee up to get house ship shape and me ship shape

We had a lovely weekend, fantastic meal out with my DB and his DF on Saturday and a lie in with breakfast in bed on Saturday morning!!
So tired today though, out two nights in a row and one of them not sleeping in my own bed has worn me out

JKS - that is why there is nothing on my list for the afternoon today! Everything is such an effort! I really envy tall people who are pregnant, because I suspect that they don't quite get this same feeling of the baby and all their stomach/lungs etc trying to come up their windpipe

The first getting on the scales is the hardest part, at least you know where you are now. And you have us to cheer you on :)

Mini - yum, god I could murder a slice - really is the last thing I should be eating with my blood sugar!
I've never attempted to make one, perhaps I will ask DH to find a recipe and make me one for when I come out of hospital - surprisingly he is quite a dab hand at baking.

I was planning to do a roast chicken for dinner, but the chicken that came in the shopping is HUGE and I've realised will take almost 3 hours to cook - so DH is on his way home and going to call in at the chippy on his way. :)
