Still trying not to look at list. Nonybird you must be abit good at gardening cos of massive pumpkin crop. Is it too early for lanterns? they do store quite well too. Or you could make them into seats for children, create an organic bowling alley, as you can see I have no actual practical idea about recipes

• order door curtain (& rail) for front door; need to email seller about sizes (got measurements)
• clean kitchen cupboard doors
• empty all cupboards out, check contents & restock
• research backing up hardware for computers Done More
• make up basket of toys & pictures for DS2; need basket Got Basket
• pictures to label 'animals' & 'people' & 'cars' boxes
• SHOWER; use Lakeland spray
• baby present for friend & arrange visit Emailed
• handwash carefully completed embroidery picture i unearthed last week
• cheap picture frames; (50 x 70 & 12ish x 13ish) (poss Ikea trip?)

I have the chickens, the fresh eggs (mountains of them), the farmhouse cottage kitchen AND not one, but two trugs. Believe me, cleaning out the chickens is not a whole heap of fun. I normally let DH do it, but he's burning the candle as it is, so figured I could do it for once

JKS - unsure of how long a pumpkin will last. Last year's were a dismal failure, so this is our first year. Am hoping one of my biggies can hang on until Halloween... My "bible" of "Food from your garden" (one of those handed down through the family type books - went out of print in about 1850) says "store for winter use in a frost free shed". So, mine are heading for the shed.

No proper list here. Started so well on Monday but turned out my tonsilliis came back and I felt to ill to do anything yesterday. I achieved nothing at all .

Today I am slighty better. No list and no progress on monday's but I have achieved:

• DS's nursery photo (special trip in as Wednesday is his day off)
• made fishcakes for tea

Not much really and nothing in the house. I don't work full time any more and yet I feel completely overwhelmed and like my house is a terrible mess all the time.
