I think it’s lovely to see a house with personality. Not to a lot of people’s taste (including mine) but it’s so refreshing to not see grey tones everywhere. Bad estate agent! No floor plans, and why not move the vacuum cleaner out of shot ffs?

To be fair, it looks cared for and well maintained.

All the furniture will go and the wallpaper and tiles can easily be painted.

Id much rather a property thats been looked after than one that has naice decor.

I think if you take the curtains out and some of the flowers and ornaments it would be quite nice

And put the toilet seat down.

Most of that would go with the owners and the bare bones seem okay.

Though the tiles in shower room might be an issue.

It could do with a floor plan and it looks cramped in photos in many rooms - not sure if it's a lens or amount in the rooms or if they are that small.

I was always surprised in last house how many buyers couldn't see past our furniture- to point we got a new bed and the feedback improved - the bed wasn't part of the sale.

Back door. In terraced houses in the North (I know this isn’t terraced) people rarely use the back door, its part of the culture.

Totally with you, wouldn't view based on that alone, my biggest ick when house viewing or visiting!

All those colours make my eyes hurt, but this must have been someone's much loved home that they clearly spent a lot of money putting their own 'stamp' on. If Strictly come dancing was a house 😃. Frankly it might be hard to relax in all that decor, but easily fixed with a couple of tins of white emulsion and a skip for all those ornaments. As a property developer, there is nothing in this house per se that would deter me from buying it if I lived close to it. Decluttered, it will make a fine family home minus a few ornaments and a disco ball.
