I was sooooo proud of mine....until I saw the rest! Gives me inspiration for next year though!

I printed off a template, sellotaped it to my pumpkin, went round outline making holes with a kitchen skewer then joined up the holes with a little screwdriver.

And the kids from last year, have spent all morning making this year's, I now have a bruised wrist from hollowing them out!

Whilst on the topic of pumpkins, I've just made soup with the mountains of scooped out flesh but it tastes really bland. I added onion, coriander, coconut milk, vegetable stock cube, a blob of butter and pepper, what else can I add to give it more substance and taste?

DP did this one freehand last year - I was vair impressed! We had no candles in the house, hence the upside-down lamp sticking out of the top!
