Africa Waterhole Web Cam

My ds1 (8) is doing "Africa" as a topic at school this term (and loving it).

His teacher gave him the address of this website which is a webcam at a waterhole in Botswana. He loves watching it and seeing the animals.

PS Don't check just now though as the cameras are offline and not working for some reason! Check later in the day - after school is a good time.

thought it was slow typing for a while but has gone on for too long. Must be something mechanical.

My computer chappie has been out today to sort out some problems I have had with my computer.
He was fascinated by the waterhole but gave me a word of warning that I thought I would share....Im not very computer literate but he said

"The bandwith is quite large and be careful because you may go over your limit and end up with a huge bill from your braodband supplier if you keep the waterhole on all day."

Im on Virgin and pay £17.99 a month....to get unlimited would cost £24.99....Im going to upgrade so I can have the waterhole on all day whilst I work....its so relaxing

Hope that makes sense????
