Morning all! Zero proper sleep here. Three anxiety dreams about the outcome (2 rejections, one reallocation). Fortunately have planned a quiet work day today. Good luck all.

keeping my fingers crossed for everyone.

I slept till around 3 and then woke up and couldn't really sleep properly again. Keep playing every scenario round in my head. The funny thing is there is no bad outcome in real terms so I've no idea what that's all about!

DS not in college till 11ish so I hope he knows before that.

He did say he was going to wake up and check his email at 8 and then get another hour's sleep if nothing there!

Morning all and good wishes for the day; first offers out on Reddit and looks like they got emails not UCAS

Nothing here, so my prediction to DD of an 0830 UCAS update was completely wrong 🤦‍♀️

She has just left for college and will have just her dad for company when she gets back at lunchtime.

Someone got an offer for maths on reddit so they are starting to come through now

I know it’s been mentioned that notifications were to be different this year but 2 years ago DD received her college email just after 9.30- a friend received their’s just after 9- and UCAS was much later in the day.

Best of luck everyone. I remember the time standing still feeling when we were waiting for DDs offer to drop.

For those not getting an offer remember that the margins are so slim. Being considered as Oxbridge "material" is an achievement, getting selected for an interview is an achievement... Not getting an offer is not a sign of failure. It is just the stars didn't align on that particular day. Your babies have worked so hard to get to here... Whatever the outcome they are amazing.

DS has gone off to school. Has heard nothing yet. He seems calmish this morning. Good luck to all on here. Whatever path our young people go on they will do well!

Fingers crossed but I think my daughter preferred Warwick so if she doesn't get an offer today at least the decision will be made for her as to what to put as her first choice.

DC’s friend has just received a PPE offer. No idea which college. No news here!

My DD just messaged me on the bus saying she feels sick and to not send heartfelt messages if she gets rejected. I also have to try my best to not check her emails.

This is torturous 😂

@newnamenellie I am also getting zero work done. It is absolute torture! Dropped my daughter off at college at 8.15 and she checked UCAS but nothing there. In exams until 11 so I am hoping there is news before lunch. I think I'm more nervous than she is!!🤣

Struggling here too. DP is really unwell today (cancer) so feeling exceptionally frazzled.

I’m trying to get work done and failing. Even more difficult as I resigned before Christmas so in my notice period!
