Good luck everyone for tomorrow . Feeling a bit sick and hoping for better than DS 3 interviews no offer 🙈 waiting on Durham but history and French so not holding breath . DS found our re history end of March in 2020 ( he checked yesterday )

Anyone know about what time they send the emails?
Not over optimistic as don't think the interview went so well.

@Kendodd there is a discussion about this in the last thread - early on seems to be the consensus (before 10).

@Kendodd DC seems to think they might be earlier this year starting at 8am according to a teacher. No idea how true that is.

Made the mistake of watching Silent Witness so now convinced I have a serial killer in my loft and zero chance of sleep 😂

@RIPMatthewperry Snort! I started watching the Tourist and decided mid way though it wasn't the best pre- sleep viewing (dead pig scene)!

@WobblyLondoner the tourist is excellent though. Absolutely gripping. Although I never ever stayed in a hotel room that had a bed with a void underneath for years after watching Jamie Dornan in The Fall. Terrifying 😭

I hope it isn’t 8am - would prefer DD to have done the morning mock before finding out! Also not sure I’ll feel ready at 8am.

My dd is very pragmatic about it all but she would love to get an offer. She is the only one at her state school who has applied to O or C.

I woke up many times in the night. Did manage to go back to sleep all those times but am firmly awake now.

I slept ok considering until one of my cats who has a sensitive stomach decided to throw up at 4am and then I couldn't get back to sleep. DD has also woken up very stressed out so I'm now just trying to give her some space

I slept very badly and now I'm just hoping UCAS email before DS leaves for school if not he'll have to check during his break

He's got maths all morning so at least his teacher will be there to celebrate or commiserate with him and the other O candidates

I think he doesn't want to be the one who doesn't get in and everyone else does in his FM class

DS has just left for school. He said he’s going to check his emails there when no one’s around. He’s resigned himself that he’s not getting in but just wants the confirmation over with.

My DD feels the same, she woke up resigned to the fact she has been rejected. She still doesn't know if she will check her emails at school or home so I could be in for a long wait today.

DD very nervous and doesn't want to go to college today 😬

Good luck everyone. We were in this position last year ( DD is in Oxford now and loves it!) Email was sent about 8.10 am as she got it on the school bus. Hers was the first college to email out. The student room is an excellent source of information! wishing you all the very best

Can I ask what college?

Went and said morning to DD who seemed OK. Although not up yet (needs to leave around 8:15 or so). Definitely feel more nervous than when she got GCSE results.
