I had a ventouse with DS2 (and DS1 but he was smaller) and tbh it took me a year before it all went back to feeling comfy down there. DS2 was massive though.

re:episiotomy - been through this myself, was pondering going to doctors over it, but then all the DS SN stuff kicked off, but now finally several years on it's better. but DON'T follow my example and let it drag on for years. For the time being I would suggest - lube, lube and even more lube, and comfortable positioning to avoid pressure on the sore bits. It does take time - up to a year I reckon - for body to adjust after birth - but if it doesn't get better soon, go to GP and pump for specialist to check it out. Rather than ignore it all for so many years it eventually gets itself better

Lizzy - you are doing so much exercise, including stick faithfully to the shredding I reckon that weight won't tell whole story anyway - start measuring yourself too or going by clothes size

Fluffy, OK, it's not Friday (and am waiting until after 7pm for the gin) but I will be completely honest with you. DS2 was 10lb 11oz, I was cut right open and stitched back up tight. It felt like DH was in the wrong place for ages. It took a long while for it to all feel normal again. I found some positions better than others (from behind was v uncomfortable, poor old DH), otherwise I was in pain. Not good pain.
It was honestly about a year for it all to settle down an be "normal" again after DS2.

Total, I know I just want some loss on the scales! I am trying on stuff for my holiday every week and it's all getting better,I just want to be able to say "I've lost x amount this week". Bein greedy aren't I?
