Oh and shameless "Regal" boast, I was v pleased because my first 30 min swim session in the pool today (we had to do 218 lengths between us) I did 52 lengths, which shocked me as I hadn't swam for ages. So the gym/spinning and shredding must be working on overall fitness. I know that this is not Sazz standards, but it was better than I'd hoped for.

I will be very ladylike when I meet her (for 5 mins at least) .

Off to bed now, have a date with a hot Polish Guy...
