So, here we are on the 63rd(?) thread...

Much intellectual discourse has been held...The big bang theory rewritten...thermodynamics hotly debated, the Election mused upon....

Alongside which, we coax, encourage, arse kick, tease, boost and cajole our way into a healthier lifestyle, with whatever 'diet' or exercise regime suits, and drinking more WATER (are we drinking our water ladies? )..

Please pay homage to our mascot as you enter the thread.

Anyway, where were we? The life and works of Aristotle I believe.....and over to you Total...

Well, around here you cant really see. But for sure it isnt a plane as the airspace have been closed. The ashes from the vulcanic eruption on iceland is rendering everything foggy. My eyes hurt, I am coughing, and it is just not very nice.

So my guess, it must be a bird.

As you were.

Fleecy · 14/04/2010 21:56

Evening all!

I am so behind that I am about to do a mammoth catch-up post. And it's only been a couple of days since I was last here!

lizzy who is that yummy footballer? I need to know more... Well done your DH on his general loveliness and loyalty and how wonderful to be rewarded for it! Can you divulge the name of your business on here and I'll gladly become a fan?

fanny yay for your purse turning up although boo to it being too late

tracey nothing wrong with the garden, as someone else said, at least you know your loo is clean (I believe you have a cleaner so even better that you don't have to do it yourself )

hells hope your DD is feeling better today

claudia sorry to hear about your aunt

jet good work on the bed! I really love eBay.

in other news loving all the beautiful dresses. I tend to buy online as DS (2) cries the minute we enter shops (he knows!) and DD (3) will incessantly 'advise' me and pick lots of tasteless items off the rails for me to try. 'Tis sweet but not the best use of my precious shopping time!

I also thought 'mussie' must mean ladygarden and did a big when I realised my mistake. ENjoyed all the cross-purposes chat!

Fleecy · 14/04/2010 21:58

Oh yes - and I have around half to one stone to lose, not sure yet depending on how exercise gets rid of my fat bits!

DidEinsteinsMum · 14/04/2010 22:00

at quint - was wondering how things were going.

QuintessentialShadow · 14/04/2010 22:02

Extremely "not good" (but wont elaborate, too tired, and too boring), but thanks for asking!

Lizzylou · 14/04/2010 22:05

He is Roque Santa Cruz, Fleecy, isn't he lovely? Just for you

My company is Legal, put Future in front of that and you'll find it...

Have also seen some lovely pics of David Beckham today, he is such a GOD. I have a thing about footballers, 3 brothers, football mad Dad, Football was a big part of my uprbinging,

I online shop more often than not as well, am thinking new bonus may mean Tracey's Phase 8 red dress may be mine....

TrillianAstra · 14/04/2010 22:07

Like the bed Jet - is it a full-size mattress?

Also love the look of the holiday place Sazz but I am not v good at going away with other people, well done on having a nice time with your friends.

The stripey 'boyfriend' shirt looks nice, is it supposed to be nightwear? I guess it must be if it's La Senza, they don't do daytime clothes do they? I'm not allowed to wear giant shirts with belts as DP thinks I will look all rah like his sister.

I am going on holiday on Monday! Currently just maintaining the weight I like, but after a week of all-inclusive with boze I may have a half stone to get rid of!

MitsubishiWarrioress · 14/04/2010 22:08

Why, Quint.. what an unexpected pleasure . Sorry things are not all well in your world... stick around and we will talk you to death so you forget about your woes...

has BoF got up yet?...

OP posts:
TrillianAstra · 14/04/2010 22:10

BoF you need to make it have pages, then you can open everything even on your iphone.

DidEinsteinsMum · 14/04/2010 22:13

yup - full size trills. It has always had a protector and a topper on, and is only 8 months old, so very very happy. It was a bit of a squeeze getting it in a zafira but we managed - it was only 8 miles up the road.

enjoy your hols

Lizzy - he is gorgeous I think he should be our mascot, instead of TWC

DidEinsteinsMum · 14/04/2010 22:15

sorry my speling - its horrific.

BitOfFun · 14/04/2010 22:16

I loathe pages, Trill, and even though I switched to them to see if it would help, it doesn't. Perhaps because I tend to come here from Threads I'm On? I wish I knew.

DidEinsteinsMum · 14/04/2010 22:17

trill the strippy top from the last thread was tesco. Its meant to be day wear, but is cut very nicely so that belt is not needed, but can be optional extra

DidEinsteinsMum · 14/04/2010 22:18

if yuo come from threads i am on, click on thread title bof, else it doesnt appear in pages so wont help.

Fleecy · 14/04/2010 22:18

Oh Lizzy, I could just eat him all up

Am logging off now for quick FB catch up so I'll become a fan while I'm there!

Night all!

VinegarTitsOnaDiet · 14/04/2010 22:19

Hello new thread (well done Mitts, you do make me )

the Finnster is illing, poor thing has clung to me like a limpet all night and keeps moaning

hello Jet where you been lovely?

QuintessentialShadow · 14/04/2010 22:20

DidEinsteins ... glad to hear it is better in her new place. Mum will most likely be diagnosed on the 26th, she has an apt (with me accompanying her) at the geriatric dept at the hospital. The court date for my sis after her dd was abducted by ex this automn, and the custody case is tomorrow. I have to testify friday. Not great atm. Mum is more bonkers than usual due to stress. Sis and niece are staying there, and it is driving them all nuts. Alzheimers is such a devastating illness.

MitsubishiWarrioress · 14/04/2010 22:20

Twinkly eyed man plays football..I'd give my eye teeth to have him reproduce that photo.....

OP posts:
TrillianAstra · 14/04/2010 22:21

Threads I'm On is broken - it used to take you to the right place and be in pages!

Mitts I love your use of... in the OP

MitsubishiWarrioress · 14/04/2010 22:21

Would obviously have to wax and polish him first.... lololol.....

OP posts:
MitsubishiWarrioress · 14/04/2010 22:22

My finger does seem to go into a spasm when I hit the full stop key Trills .............................................................................................. .................................................................................................... .................................................................................................... ...............................................................

Isn't he lovely?

I am gobsmacked Ladies, have just had a Conservative Party leaflet pushed through door, had a look (am a floater atm, not a poo, just undecided), the candidate? My miserable as shit entirely irresponsible and rude as hell neighbour!
