which bit wasting? i put about 5 lines between each line but only 2 showed up. earlier i put about the same no of space between each letter of my shortened version of old name and it only showed up as one. i dont like it.

I put some spaces before mine too, there are none.

Perhaps they're having to start rationing spaces due to volcanic ash.

I found a box of celebrations in the kitchen, and feel obliged to remove them (via the celebration-hole) in preparation for the return of the diet.
Been writing thank you notes tonight and drinking cider.

I have done plenty of exercise. that is my trouble. this is why i havent been skating regularly for a while. i know have ice cubes for brains and dreams of ice hockey players

I have been gently sliding back down SB, still all very nice and several days alone mean DP and I getting on better than the norm! But will crash with a bump next week when back at work. That will be horendous actually.
Bit weird too as people there (with the exception of 2 who were invited) don't know I got married - haven't decided yet whether to say or not. Not keen on fuss, but might seem kind of "rude" somehow not to tell. Hmm.
Hoping for another nice day, would like to spend it in park etc. Last time I was skating was in Central Park. Prob not what you mean by skating though, for me it is drag self round edges holding on and sometimes letting go for half a minute before falling over.

Vinny, I think it is water retention, so I have started popping some of those aquaban pills you recommended, but I have also done a big poo too tonight and I still feel the same!!

We have been to our friends and I did the driving so I didn't have to drink. We had poppadoms, dips, onion bajwotsists and other stuff, curry and rice and then she cut me a huge portion of cheescake that I so did not want (but ate it out of kindness as it was shoved in front of me). I felt like I had eaten far too much afterwards.

Am glad Yank has found a way to get back to England.

its poetry to watch some people skate and when iget it right it feels like it just floats not effort. other days it feels like i am dragging my carcase around. it more more floating then dragging yesterday which was a nice change.

I dont think that you can not say anything. it is possible that unless you said otherwise the 2 who were invited have said something so people already know.
