Alice, like bella says, dont feel guilty at all! I know some others arent too concerned about losing weight - rather just trying to eat healthily, and i am sure the odd cream may have been eaten as well

I am a Gloucester girl, Churchdown area, but spent quite a few nights out in Hove and Worthing with my cousin who's family live in Lancing (and she had a flat in Worthing and her sister one in Hove). That would have been the late 80's/early 90's. I can remember no pubs or clubs names (too drunk!). I think we are about the same age Claudia if you were 19 in 1989, so was I (I was 40 in Feb).

met some girls I used to work with today and god am I glad I got made redundant. Still moaning about the same old crap and same old people. Nice lunch though and apart from the moaning it was lovely to see them.

Dh is a bit
It always takes him a few days to settle down when he gets back, specially in the evening when he'd be working. Meh. He'll have chilled out by Sunday.
And of course he's away again on Monday.
It's all worth it and it's going very well though.

I've just got back from the beach watching the sunset

DP took some beautiful photographs- you can see the volcanic ash in the sky too. Feel all mellow now (despite coughing all afternoon- is it the ash, or am I being paranoid?).

alice - don't know if it will cheer you up to know that I am 2stone 3 heavier than when I was 9 months PG , so PG doesn't always = huge weight gain.

We have just got back from a lovely walk and I am coughing some fecking farmer had started to burn some rubbish but it seemed to have got out of hand with lots and lots of billowing black smoke careering over the village from the other side of the road.. cue the fire brigade coming all hell for leather down the road.

I am back from caravan and feel better for seeing my boys again. I was rather rude about Iceland before, I think I was going a leetle stir crazy here by myself.

Had a lovely time but now need to be massively good as next week have a girl's night out with old mates and want to look good.

VT my scales are crap, I weighed myself this morning and weighed 4lbs more than yesterday, two minutes later a different weight and then different again when I got on and off.

I have been generally good today, went out for lunch and had a moussaka and salad. To make up for that I walked the dog over Hodd Hill, down and then back up again.

I normally buy Good Food Magazine and dd and I choose some recipes from it, today we got a weight watchers one and did some sushi which was delicious.

I am planning a lot of calorie burning baby making tonight as well.

Supper was porl with italian peppers from this months WW magazine, a total of 4.5 points and was delicious. trying very hard this week as want to get my next silver seven on Wednesday.

Things have calmed down here, my lovely guests have gone but they are coming back next year , we have people booke din for the next few days but not 8 and don't have to take DD swimming in the mornings. Had a lovely morning pottering with DD in our local town while DH did the rooms and we are off to our local petting farm tomoorw tomeet friends.
