Shiney Cult - how do you eat yours?

1002 replies

TrillianAstra · 10/04/2010 16:03

Sparingly we hope - with plenty of fresh fruit and veg

Spring is in the air and we are still here, on our 62nd (?) thread for healthy eating, chat, and of course the cult mascot (what better to put you off your food?).

The aim of the game is to post a lot, eat slightly better than before, and enjoy life.

Today I have eaten 2 boiled eggs with 2 pieces of granary toast and butter. 1 creme egg. Orange juice. My weekend dieting tip is to stay in bed until lunchtime, then have something with protein in it for breakfast/lunch.

Girls coming round for a curry-fest this evening though.

Hello, I'm Bitter and with the help of this lovely lot I am continuing to lose my baby weight.

Anyone win anything on the grand national?

Bloody hell! I found y'all before reaching 600 posts.

I am Goober, have lost 21 lbs and want to lose another few before May 21st when I go on holiday.

Bella you have inspired me to give up bread.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 10/04/2010 16:37

I love bread! Tell me I don't have to give up bread?

bellavita · 10/04/2010 16:43

Well I was really struggling trying to lose a few pounds - and yes, before you ask, they do need to be lost! Hells did the South Beach diet which doesn't contain carbs and Tracey said about the no bread thing - I have tried not to have any other carbs or just had very little and it seems to have worked. I do like bread too...

Ummm never!!

No seriously I would say about 4 upwards to get a bit more of a good wipe. Mine still don't do it properly! That is why I have the toddler wipes for bottoms in all the loos so it makes it easier.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 10/04/2010 16:59

Unfortunate x posts.

DS was 3.5 before he was potty trained, so he pretty much wiped himself from the get go, with supervision at first. Sorry that's not much help.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 10/04/2010 17:00

Reality - cheese is my downfall.

And Ds is nearly 5 now, but I still keep baby wipes in the toilet for him.
