I am Flamingo. I've lost nearly 2st, got another half stone to lose ideally, but have already got down to 'normal weight'. Dropped from a size 14 to just under a size 10

Weight has stopped falling off so easily now - being slack wrt to the healthy eating, and also stopped running . However, the important thing is it's not going back on yet, so have switched from calorie counting to No S.

Nice to see Korma and TravellingWilbury again. What method are you using to quit smoking? I recommend Allen Carr. Or smoking sixty on a Saturday night and feeling shit the next day

I'm traceybath - have lost half a stone since joining this thread and am back to my pre-pre-pregnancy weight - but now I have to maintain it.

Shiney - I love san pellegrino - I do believe the bubbles are smaller and gentler than in other sparkling waters . I am traceybath and I am a water ponce.

BOF I am going to watch the Allen Carr dvd tonight so fingers crossed I will be magically cured by tomorrow . I have tried the smoking 60 and feeling shite thing but it has just never quite done it for me . I can always manage just one more .
