god knows how much i weigh - at least 20stone though. don't know as i am too fat for my scales and would rather lose size than weigth iyswim.

i have had pizza hut for dinner today. It was DS parents evening and so DD has stayed at my mums. everything was all so positive and fabulous. even his headmaster came to find me to tell me how good he has been doing. he is the only one in his class to be doing jolly Phonics as he is the only one to have reached that level (for those that don't know, Ds is 9 but has autism, Adhd, dyslexia, low mobility, learning delay, language communication disorder and just general behaviourla issues - he has the academic ability of roughly a 5yo)
Everything was so positive that we ended up not leaving school till 6pm. so i took him for a treat and he chose PH.

we have had a really lovely evening just the two of us.

we got home, made some jellies for himt o take to school tomorrow. he had a bath and then we read the twits in bed.

so i have no guilt over still being a fatty. he'#s worth it

Hey everybody - I am day 3 and still considering food options before I make decisions which is a big step for me.

Had 2 skinny coffees this morning in costa and jacket potato and salad for lunch. Haven't had supper yet as been busy doing cupcake and brownies etc for a wedding tomorrow. But now found I'm out of eggs so will have to be up early in morning (which I hate) to finish off. DH working nights at the moment so can't nip out.

Just watching a classic episode of Friends Rachel is so beautiful. I met her once.
She is teenytiny, but lovely. I feel I am 3 times her size.

I may be slightly erratic on these threads I'm afraid, they have up'd my many, many ADs as I had pnd last time and now evil mole is 5 weeks i look like im slipping back into it again so they've put me back on lots.

Which means im rather wired at the moment until i get used to them again.

But its all Shiney's fault as she once made a point I was going to make just before I made it on a thread and now I'm scared for life.
