Morning

BB - wrong, wrong, wrong

Bof - we are planning on moving to the middle of nowhere before DD gets to about 10, then if she wants to go anywhere she has to be driven right to the door

Well done to everyone who has lost weight

Lots to do today, please shout at me if you see me here

hellsbelles · 11/02/2010 09:43

flam - you are like a hollywood starlet with your family team - FIL shrink and DF personal trainer...have you got a make up artist and hairdresser hidden away somewhere too.

Haven't seen hairyarsed Dave...I think you all scared him a bit. He seemed quite sensitive for a trucker

DIB - sorry you are dealing with puke

TW - well done - we'll be strict with you (as Lizzy will testify)....so no sneaking round the back of the bike sheds for a quick fag.

Defluff - welcome back.

Shiney - I am very excited (small things and all)....John lewis are selling all my favourite potions on line: here I hope as a fellow lover of waste of money lovely creams you will appreciate this breakthrough

BOF - with 10 million different parenting styles on here you will always get one or two disenting voices. Ignore. You are amazing...and she's a lucky young lady to have you as a mother.

Lizzylou · 11/02/2010 09:46

Bloody hell, Jet, that is amazing!
52lbs!? Fab

BOF, will look at thread, I am torn between not wanting to be as strict as my Mother (so they end up lying and resenting me) and wanting them locked in the house so they can't meet dirty girls from the age of 13.
They are only almost 4 and almost 6 though!

Well done TW!

FlamingoBingo · 11/02/2010 09:46

I am rather, aren't I, Hells? I don't wear make-up though, and my hair routine consists of wash and brush - that's it, so I kind of fail miserably on that front!

I'm in a very arsey 'say what you think' mood. People (not you lot) just bloody irritate me at the moment!

FiveGoMadInDorset · 11/02/2010 09:47

Morning all

Just off to work (sounds very weird saying that) but so far this morning have done washing, loaded up and put dishwasher on, made rock cakes for DC's for wehn they come home (fed up of paying for biscuits) and made mine and DH's lunch.

chaostrulyreigns · 11/02/2010 09:48

morning everyone.

Have just got the paper from the petrol station and not one chocolate bar called my name.

Have skimmed through what I didn't read last
night, so: hope DDs are ok, smokers doing well and BB's neck is defluffed.

It is nearly 10 a.m. and I'm healthy.

MitsubishiWarrioress · 11/02/2010 09:59

Wow Jet, that is absolutely amazing. Dunno about shaking pom poms...you deserve a cheer leading troupe all to yourself... 'Shiney and the Cockettes'

Sorry BB but you will have to wear the cheer leading outfit too.....

FWIW BoF. I am with you on how to deal with DD.

I love the idea of the delicious juxtaposition between old fashioned expressions and ways (courting, walking out) and the bubbling pot of passion that they were masking.

Thanks wasting..I know how to 'manage' it, the worst thing is the sensation of the right side of my face feeling like it is crawling with insects, (the only way I can describe it) . It is the first sign that I need to take it easy and drives me to the point where I want to keep slapping myself on the side of the head..

Chirpy though... And someone has given me a silk pashmina in my favourite colour so that started the day well....

Extra hi to VT... and FB...I hope you have a good day.

Morning all,

Everyone ok?

DD has kindly shared her germs with me & I feel bloody awful, currently huddled on the sofa under a sleeping bag shivering, DD is on the other sofa under her duvet, all plans cancelled & DS is watching Cbeebies having to amuse himself with his toys!

Off to catch up....

Lizzylou · 11/02/2010 10:01

Silky pashmina? How lovely Mitts

Had such a strange morning already, very wierd.

Need to work but am just pissing about on MN.

Kick me out of here!

FlamingoBingo · 11/02/2010 10:03

I get so stuck on this bloody computer.

I'm fine, thanks, Mitts - just arsey. Can't wait to be really old and not care at all what people think of me so I can just speak my mind the whole time!

NormaSknockers · 11/02/2010 10:07

Welcome DeFluff hope you enjoy your stay

Mitts at the cock photos

Jet at you being sick, how are you dougn now? Did you manage to get Mini in ok?

Wilbury well done on the quitting smoking, way to go you!

BitOfFun · 11/02/2010 10:08

Thanks for all your wise words!

Sorry you're feeling shite Norma

And Fanny- rock cakes? Blimey , I'm impressed...

NormaSknockers · 11/02/2010 10:09

52lbs? Jet that is bloody brilliant

TrillianAstra · 11/02/2010 10:10

Hi all. New thread again?

NormaSknockers · 11/02/2010 10:10

I'll be alright BOF once DH gets up (he did a half night) I'll head up to bed to watch a DVD sleep

hellsbelles · 11/02/2010 10:11

Jet - amazing weight loss - well done you.

BB - you know how to seduce us don't you with your defluff shoulder talk

I'm at home with DD today which always makes me feel happy. However it's all slightly marred by extreme exhaustion from her waking every half hour from 3.30am - 6am with teething. WTF was nature thinking of to make this teething lark such a bloody faff!

flam - I am looking forward to that as well (and it's not that long for me to wait)...I shall be victoria meldrew...giving my view on everything...whether it's wanted or not!

Ha ha - I know you wouldn't be able to resist! And I know this will not shock you but I have that blue sandstone bracelet. I love it (and so does DD - she plays with it constantly!)
