I am Syc, and I was once deputy although life has slightly got in the way in the last month or so. But, inspired by our recent TOTAL yoghurt bonanza, I'm back and on the wagon.

Join us, we are a friendly bunch but like to waste as many calories as possible through moving our digits very swiftly over the keyboards and posting like women possessed

All denominations here, so whatever way you want to lose weight, maintain or just focus on healthier eating, you will fit right in.

Hit a bit of a downer, but am trying to keep a rein on it. I have started e-mailing my work to people. (Gallerys etc). A bit crap at selling myself so I am trying NOT to apologise for taking up peoples time and being confident and assertive.

Have eaten my way through 2 days of PMT and coldness.

Hi Mitts Sorry you are on a bit of a spiral downturn. Hope you get some positive responses back with your work.

I just lost the will to live completely this morning at work. Was one of those times when everyone wanted something and it drained the bloody life out of me.

It's something boring-looking to do with education. The first paragraph on wiki includes the words "to help every child fulfill his or her unique destiny".

Ah I don't know what it is either, I have never attempted to even look at those threads.

Not to belittle your achievement Jacksmama but it's not extremely hard to find a thread that is often in active with 'Shiney' in the title.

Amusing myself at thought of Shiney dealing with masses of children displaying physical affection towards her.

Walldrof steiner does those schools that are child led education, they don't follow a formal curriculum.

I know quite a few people who have attended them.
