People of the world, join hands, join our TOTALly fabulous healthy eating thread.

We are a group of MNetters who wish we lost a pound for every post we have made on this thread since our benevolent leader started her SHINEY threads many, many months ago now.

I am Syc, and I was once deputy although life has slightly got in the way in the last month or so. But, inspired by our recent TOTAL yoghurt bonanza, I'm back and on the wagon.

Join us, we are a friendly bunch but like to waste as many calories as possible through moving our digits very swiftly over the keyboards and posting like women possessed

All denominations here, so whatever way you want to lose weight, maintain or just focus on healthier eating, you will fit right in.

Hi all....

Hit a bit of a downer, but am trying to keep a rein on it. I have started e-mailing my work to people. (Gallerys etc). A bit crap at selling myself so I am trying NOT to apologise for taking up peoples time and being confident and assertive.

Have eaten my way through 2 days of PMT and coldness.

Shiney...were you sick with nerves, even if you didn't feel nervous? at them all wanting to cuddle you.

bellavita · 11/11/2009 17:31

ahem, being forty something ain't that bloody ancient you know..

29 you say? >

TheMitsubishiWarrioress · 11/11/2009 17:31

29 you say shiney?

jetforkesandbonfires · 11/11/2009 17:32

shiney

bellavita · 11/11/2009 17:33

Hi Mitts Sorry you are on a bit of a spiral downturn. Hope you get some positive responses back with your work.

I just lost the will to live completely this morning at work. Was one of those times when everyone wanted something and it drained the bloody life out of me.

bellavita · 11/11/2009 17:35

Am just loving the at the random numbers shiney gave out.

Shiney - are you pregnant?

bellavita · 11/11/2009 17:44

Trills are you making a waldorf salad?

Yes Shiney, are you up the duff?

bellavita · 11/11/2009 17:46
TrillianAstra · 11/11/2009 17:47

I'm not making waldorf salad, I just don't know what Waldrof Steiner is.

Jacksmama · 11/11/2009 17:48

Yes shiney, being 40 isn't bloody ancient

(Found you [thread stalker emoticon])

TrillianAstra · 11/11/2009 17:49

It's something boring-looking to do with education. The first paragraph on wiki includes the words "to help every child fulfill his or her unique destiny".

bellavita · 11/11/2009 17:49

Ah I don't know what it is either, I have never attempted to even look at those threads.

TrillianAstra · 11/11/2009 17:50

Not to belittle your achievement Jacksmama but it's not extremely hard to find a thread that is often in active with 'Shiney' in the title.

SycIsTOTALLYFatFree · 11/11/2009 17:52

Amusing myself at thought of Shiney dealing with masses of children displaying physical affection towards her.

Good job we forced some hugs on you a few months weeks back now...got you in practice

Walldrof steiner does those schools that are child led education, they don't follow a formal curriculum.

I know quite a few people who have attended them.

Lizzylou · 11/11/2009 17:55

Ooh, ooh, it's here, the yoghurt, so much of it!
Thankyou Syc

Hiya Jack - welcome to the mad thread!

Shiney, are you quaking in your boots?

TheMitsubishiWarrioress · 11/11/2009 17:59

A warm welcome to Jacks...

I'm not pregnant either, but I am 40, and proud..

TrillianAstra · 11/11/2009 18:00

Is a quorn style bollocking a lot like a real bollocking but somehow less substantial, less meaty?

You did claim a missing period the other day Shine, and now you're puking, it's the logical assumption.

bellavita · 11/11/2009 18:01

at less meaty!
