We are a group of MNetters who wish we lost a pound for every post we have made on this thread since our benevolent leader started her SHINEY threads many, many months ago now.

I am Syc, and I was once deputy although life has slightly got in the way in the last month or so. But, inspired by our recent TOTAL yoghurt bonanza, I'm back and on the wagon.

Join us, we are a friendly bunch but like to waste as many calories as possible through moving our digits very swiftly over the keyboards and posting like women possessed

All denominations here, so whatever way you want to lose weight, maintain or just focus on healthier eating, you will fit right in.

I dno't actually wish I had lost a pound for every post on these threads - I've worked out that I currently weigh 139 pounds and I would probably be in negative if every post removed a pound.

I was a TWAT, but Shiney demoted me to TIT. And don't worry about me DIP(py)- I am a tough old stick and quite alright

Was going to go food shopping after work tomorrow, but have been lazy and just booked Tesco to come instead! I have written everything down that I need and have added nothing extra - it still comes to £££

I've lost 2 lbs in less than a week. And that was an evening weigh in so I suspect a morning one would show at least a ....stone (don't you think?). V. excited. Not sure if it's the Davina workout (I don't think 1 workout would do it though!), the joggler (all the excitement of opening the parcel and setting it up ), the lentils (ahem!!) or perhaps just a week of healthy eating inspired by the shiney crew!

Or how about (all of) the ingrediants to make one of their rather lovely dishes delivered to each of us every week?
