People of the world, join hands, join our TOTALly fabulous healthy eating thread.

We are a group of MNetters who wish we lost a pound for every post we have made on this thread since our benevolent leader started her SHINEY threads many, many months ago now.

I am Syc, and I was once deputy although life has slightly got in the way in the last month or so. But, inspired by our recent TOTAL yoghurt bonanza, I'm back and on the wagon.

Join us, we are a friendly bunch but like to waste as many calories as possible through moving our digits very swiftly over the keyboards and posting like women possessed

All denominations here, so whatever way you want to lose weight, maintain or just focus on healthier eating, you will fit right in.

Well done on the weightlosses Hells and Five.

What does he smell like Vinny?

I walked past a bloke in Maplins yesterday and came over a bit adolescent til I realised he was wearing Lynx Africa. He was minging an'all.

bellavita · 06/11/2009 15:00

Afternoon you lovely lot

Had a home roasted ham sarnie at work and I am now tucking into some homemade pumpkin (and other veg which was lurking) soup. Tis delish.

SazZaVoom · 06/11/2009 15:03

Lost 1lb this week which is ok. Have done 7 1/2hr exercise sessions this week and been very good with food, so was hoping for a bit more, but at least it's in the right direction

Well done Hells and Fanny on your losses

TMW - glad the counselling is going well and you have now made me fancy chiili for tea. It's a great help actually as i was dithering over what to have

Lizzy - please don't feel bad, you were being lovely and it is just if people take advantage.

Off out to DD1's swimming lesson - i will swim at the same time so catch you all later

VinegarTits · 06/11/2009 15:07

wastingaway · 06/11/2009 15:09

Oh, the biscuit looks like a biscuit now.

TheMitsubishiWarrioress · 06/11/2009 15:13

One of my customers often smells edible gorgeous and on one occasion he paid me, and the kids wanted ice-creams, so money in hand we went to the shop. As I stood at the till daydreaming about said customer and ice cream combination, waiting for DC's, I put the £20 note to my nose and sniffed it! There were people in the shop and it took ages to live it down and there was no way to explain it. I still at the memory.

VinegarTits · 06/11/2009 15:15

TMW

I used to work with a guy who smelt like coconut (my favorite smell in the world) i could have eaten him
