Welcome to the latest in our series of healthy eating threads (26 and counting)!

The emphasis is on health (which is sometimes rude when we get chatting frivolously, as is our tendency), and weight loss where desired. I obviously don't desire it enough, as I am the same weight as when I started, but some of our regulars are mere shadows of their former selves ...

Do come and sign in here if you are with us, or want to join in- all welcome.

We try a variety of approaches, and there is always a lot of support and quite a few laughs along the way. Shiney is the head honcho round these parts, and we do get to be regaled with her embarrassing stories before the rest of MN, so that's always a big draw

Join us if you will!

Ruby - you are not supposed to have had dinner yet - it's only 2pm. You have got to be more restrained

carriedababi · 27/10/2009 13:27

i'm just here for the messing, although wouldn't mind losing half a stone or a stone.

i'm having a naughty day with food, although tonight i will have lunch instead of tea.
either a sandwhich or perhaps a salad now i feel guilty.

i have not had any other fruit or veg today, except oj.
however i did have homemade leek and potatoes soup yesterday.
no that doesn't really cut it, does it

if only mumsnetting burned the calories!

Right, I've had a bath, lightly talced my lady garden for their olfactory pleasure, and now I'm leaving for the clinic- wish me luck, I am terrified!

Carrie - I've started to do that meal planning stuff too. DH is enjoying getting proper meals instead of M& S quickly put together stuff....but he keeps on looking at me strangely and muttering about stepford wives.

It is oddly gratifying though isn't it to have it all sorted in advance. I feel terribly smug when I get it right!

Good luck BOF - they are lucky you have prepared so nicely!

TerryWogansCock · 27/10/2009 13:39

Good luck bof, ask if you can keep in in a jar and bring it in to show us

Lizzie, you and your alter ego Marjorie were very funny last night

BitOfCock · 27/10/2009 13:45

Am trying not to be offended that all the red hot cock posting action goes on whilst I am not here

hellsbelles · 27/10/2009 13:47
