For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

I love you too Molly, and everyone, and I just think that if like, the veggers were in charge of the whole world, right, then you know, there'd be no war or anything, there'd just be like, love and fruit and vegetables but not goji berries, and everyone would like, be really into eating loads of vegetables all the time and there'd be no time for war. Because no one can drive, so there'd be no one to drive the tanks. I never realised your eyes were that colour Molly, that's crazy. I'm hungry.

TooTicky · 25/06/2009 22:24

this is the only place i can say this safely without being mocked
ds1 and i are very sad about michael jackson
he was a bit of an idol for ds1 (we kind of hid all the plastic surgery and child abuse stuff ) god that sounds bad
but you see he really liked the jackson 5's music, so we showed him some videos on youtube and he has really admired him ever since
well he was so fantastic before he went wrong wasn't he
ds1 is saying "there will be no more dancing from HIM"

ILikeToMoveItMoveIt · 26/06/2009 10:05

Franny, I've sent you an email.

It is sad he has died. If you take away all of the odd behaviour and rumours that surrounded him, his music was fantastic, especially the early stuff.

Guadalupe · 26/06/2009 10:20

Is he dead?

Guadalupe · 26/06/2009 10:26

Franny - we all danced like loons to Billy jean last weekend at the beer festival. That was well before the whitey.

Guadalupe · 26/06/2009 10:35

oh there are threads and threads of course. I imagine they won't go well.

I just half a large pineapple. I think it was too much.

Boco · 26/06/2009 10:59

What did you do to half a pineapple?

I think it's very sad when you look at MJ as a cute little boy and see how his life went and how he transformed, he was amazing and it's hard to see how he could have morphed so badly.

Guadalupe · 26/06/2009 12:29

I danced and told it sternly that it was not my son and then I ate it. Rather greedy.

mollyroger · 26/06/2009 12:40

dsses are very sad here too franzo. They both love thriller and Jackson 5 stuff and ds1 has being trying to learn to moonwalk for years.

unlike other people who have been sob-sobbed over on here in the past, i think he genuinely contributed something meaningful and beautiful to the world at large. (

littlerach · 26/06/2009 15:57

.

ahundredtimes · 26/06/2009 16:02

Look! Little Rach has morphed too, into a dot! Someone save her. I think it's sad, I think he's sad. I also think he wrote some of the best pop songs evah.

dd is away with the school this weekend. Is inset day. Both ds's said after lunch, 'can we go into town on our own?' and I said, 'Yes, what are you going to do?' 'Oh' they said, 'we want to hang about the bookshop.'

Sometimes dh and I call them Nialls and Frasier. This is why.

mollyroger · 26/06/2009 16:23

lol 100. I=

There is a computer game shop in town which is like a creche for 10-yr-old boys on saturdays.
The staff are in their 20s and very sweet to the hordes of pre-pubescent nerds-in-trainig (like my boy and his pals) who want to go and just, y'know, be there.

ds2will happily sit in a ookshop and read for hours. hates the library though

mollyroger · 26/06/2009 16:23

Ook!
