For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Maybe my sister will be delighted with goji berries and apple

I'm ok, ahundred, thanks. Relieved, a bit sad, stressed with moving related things but feel like a weight has been lifted. Phew!

I have been on lots of dates with Lego man. He has a yellow mustang and keeps inviting me to build pillow forts. He's 29 He's quite sweet, really.

ahundredtimes · 26/06/2009 19:47

He sounds divinely barmy SB, like someone Franny might have gone out with. Yes, at least the waiting is over.

mollyroger · 26/06/2009 19:48

pillow forts. Is that a euphamism.....?

FrannyandZooey · 26/06/2009 19:50

I am still lolling at 'I got new underwears woo hoo'

mollyroger · 26/06/2009 19:55

my sandal broke just outside the school playground today and I had to take them off and go barefoot. 3 different people stopped me and said with a knowing smile ''oh. Is that in honour glastonbury...?''
darn it, do they think I am some osrt of uber-hippy or something??

SuperBunny · 26/06/2009 19:57

I think it may be a euphemism. He was rather less subtle when he told me he was ordering new sheets and I should go and test them I didn't go.

Franny, I'll give him your email address, shall I?

Boco · 26/06/2009 19:59

At least you weren't naked this time Molly.

I'm not sure how to feel about 100 teasing franny because i'm not available for teasing.

SuperBunny · 26/06/2009 20:00

Oh wise ones, I have a wwyd:

I am veggie. DS is when he is with me. On our flight home, he can have a children's meal which he will love. But they don't do veggie ones. So, do I order him a veggie grown up meal or let him have the crappy but more fun kids one?

SuperBunny · 26/06/2009 20:00

Well, she didn't actually say she wasn't naked, did she?

ahundredtimes · 26/06/2009 20:00

Yes you MUST SB. Franny will love him, as he is young, and especially if he is young and thin and slightly peaky looking.

ahundredtimes · 26/06/2009 20:01

Let him have the crap but more fun one.

god, I'm predictable

SuperBunny · 26/06/2009 20:02

kids meal is hamburgers or chicken nuggets apparently. And tater tots. I huffed and puffed at the poor BA man and said, "Well, that's not very good, is it? He'll have to have an adult vegetarian meal then, won't he?" but now I feel bad that I am depriving DS of crap food and probably some crayons or something. It might even come in a special cardboard box.

ahundredtimes · 26/06/2009 20:03

No doubt

Boco · 26/06/2009 20:03

That's true Bunny. Usually Molly is naked apart from sandals, but Glastonbury weekend she takes them off.

SuperBunny · 26/06/2009 20:04

Right, I knew you'd say that ahundred. You are indeed quite predictable I think you are right though. I will change the order. But I'll do it online so that I don't have to speak to the man that I huffed and puffed at.

FrannyandZooey · 26/06/2009 20:06

sb why can't you buy him some crappy fun food and crayons and stuff to go with the adult vegetarian meal?

boco it means she loves you best but she likes me SECOND best

OP posts:
ahundredtimes · 26/06/2009 20:07

Wait for Franny to come on with her face at their food choices first. It might swing it the other way for you. She will suggest that you secretly take your own crayons and superior fun things to present rather than their lame ones. Hang on before you do anything

Boco · 26/06/2009 20:07

No Franny it just means I'm easier to torment I think.

Yes SB, buy some fun things for the flight and he won't be missing anything.

ahundredtimes · 26/06/2009 20:08

OMG. I swear to god that was a x post

How very pleasing

FrannyandZooey · 26/06/2009 20:08

i don't think the lego man is young and thin and slightly peaky looking though
i think he may be a bit cuddly and probably quite flushed

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 26/06/2009 20:09

ok we are BOTH quite predictable

OP posts:
ahundredtimes · 26/06/2009 20:11

For shure Fran. It's what makes us so special. We are the ying and the yang of the 10/10 thread.

he can't be too flushed in a yellow mustang though, that wouldn't be a great look. SB? Description please
