For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

I am going to someone's 21st tonight FGS. I am going to be surrounding by young, sylph like things with nary a whisper of child vom about them.

I have drunk 1/2 a bottle of wine.

I DO look fabulous, it has to be said. I have made a beehive. If you have seen my poor excuse for hair (tell em TooT) you would understand the feat of engineering that this is.

I have used nearly a litre of hairspray, if you turned on the radiator in the room i would ignite.

My Christmas cake is a triumph. I made a mahoosive one, cut it into chunks and passed it to the favoured few. Everyone who has had some has commented on its marvellousness. It is very moist [preen]

I have had a good sized lump of it today and am counting the froot in my daily allowance.

We are eating lots of sprouts atm. I heart sprouts very much. DH is v busy at work bringing sprouts to the masses. Millions and millions of th elittle green feckers are on their way to the plates of the nation as we speak
