For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

My mango was fine. It wouldn't have been The Answer if it had smelt like sick

Oh ffs send me away to wrap. I wanted to do it on Monday and DH said no we'll do it together on Wed, then he was too ill. Grr. I knew I should have just done it myself on Monday cause it would've been just me anyway!

Mou! You didn't bow! Quick bow - everyone knows you bow when you speak to ahundred

SuperBunny · 18/12/2008 20:27

PINK! GO AND WRAP presents.

My mum just told me she was 'qrapping presents' which made me snort. She didn't see why crapping gifts was amusing

TigerFeet · 18/12/2008 20:28

Goodness me, you have been talkative

I got a bollocking at work for spending too long on (and I quote) "non work related internet sites" [whoops]

pinkspottywellies · 18/12/2008 20:28

Everyone let go of everyone else's ankles or we'll end up in an unsightly heap on the floor and I can't be at the bottom or you'll squash my baby!

Good day Fran?

TinyWhiteFeather · 18/12/2008 20:30

A friend had my children so I could get some (more) sleep, and I slept for three hours and feel amazing and normal, instead of like a zombified loon!.... I [heart] her.

Was London good Franny?, do you feel better? did you go in first class?

TinyWhiteFeather · 18/12/2008 20:31

Bows in ahundreds wake.....

TooTicky · 18/12/2008 20:31

No don't send Pink away! Everybody stay and talk until I've filled all the hot water bottles.

Franny, thank you for post

Ds2 and dd2 are swapping clothes

FrannyandZooey · 18/12/2008 20:33

the show was fab - really fab
selfridges was busy and a bit mad but we bought ridiculous cakes and godiva chocolates

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 18/12/2008 20:34

if you want to come back between 4.30 and 6.30 pm you have to pay DOUBLE for your ticket
did anyone know this? it is shocking
especially as there are never any fricking seats

OP posts:
TooTicky · 18/12/2008 20:36

Oh we have a no seats railway line. Tis very annoying.

TinyWhiteFeather · 18/12/2008 20:38

OK (dense emoticon) what are godiva chocolates? anything to do with coventry? (I come from Coventry)
