For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

I do agree with Franny. IME, such thoughts of other people are symptomatic of something missing in your current relationship. You sound like you do have a great deal of love and affection for your DH. So what is missing?

The only warning I would give you is nostalgia is a dangerously powerful emotion. It sheds a false glow of glamour on your memory. It can be a useful emotion to have in your emotional armour, to help you through difficult times, sustained by happy memories of what once was.
But it is all smoke and mirrors and not a subsitute for real life contentment and all the magic and wonder which can be found in the here and now and in small things.

Though he rather depressingly opted for mouse browny blonde hair, instead of the golden blonde I think I have.

I miss the shared history even though DH and I have been together longer than FL and I were.

Dh and I do not have as much sex as I would like and FL and I were more together in a way than DH and I are.

If I thought I could get away with it with FL I would. I guess because I did cheat on exes with him and they never knew or cared if they found out.
