i am not very brave i have had to get the neighbour in the remove the dead mice. i hate mice. mice control was always Steves job.

How are you with spiders? I'm rubbish but I've got this cool thing from a catalogue now that traps them a good arm's length away from you. Don't think they do a mice size one though......

And don't you ever go saying you're not brave - you have courage in buckets full! You just don't like mice.

MIL's other stuff it's just mice that scare me and rats too, i don't scare easily i have three kids

mice are bad enough I really don't want to see a rat. I am hoping to sleep sometime soon but finding it hard after 18 years of sharing the bed with steve it still doesnt feel right to be here on my own, I know that I won't ever share my bed again. I feel bad for all the times I have complained about his snores keeping me awake I would love to be sat listening to him snoring right now, I miss him.

well the consultant said that steves mum doesn't really understand the situation at all so i am not sure if i can expect any change in her behaviour or attitude.
just had a phone call from the hospital OT who says steve cant have a hospital bed as he can transfer form his bed to a chair ok, well yes he can with help but that will change sometime and probably soon, i have asked her to speak to the Mac nurse if the Mac nurse agrees with her then i will accept it.

I just wish there was something I could do.

Can the hospice help with finding a hospital bed you can loan, from somewhere else?

i would have thought an electronic lifty-uppy from lying down bed was exactly what Steve needs..

I ain't going to stress too much about the hospital bed. I just assumed that. Cos the SW said Steve needed one then he would just get one. I have left it with our mac nurse she is based at the hospice.

well you know how things always go to plan here at Oj household i have half the blinds fitted the other ones were the wrong size

it is a bit of a mess but i should have expected it really.
been to see steve, he is much the same still struggling with his right side, he had a massage today.
his brother has been in to see the consultant, so i will find out how that went tomorrow
