Would you like to gain a stone by easter?

If the answer is yes, then this is the place for you. We are the Worst Healthy Eating Thread Ever, or WHETE.

I'm Bitter, and with the help of the lovely ladies on this thread I have gained half a stone since christmas.

We are all doing it in our own way, some are stuffing chocolate, some are gorging on carbs, I have chosen to quit smoking and combine my newly discovered taste buds with no exercise whatsoever.

So if you would like to spend your days chatting about things you have eaten, things you are going to eat or hell, just things you would like to eat, pull up a bariatric chair and tuck in.

No timewasters.

Baby is huge and breech so they want her out.

Salad for dinner here tonight.

Fajitas tomorrow and piza Friday. Dust for both breakasts and lunches.

I reckon I'm staying under 1500 cals per day still.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 26/01/2011 17:07

Hmmm, scrambled egg or soup for dinner?

I need to pair up about 100 pairs of socks this evening, and stick another wash on.

And shred.

I think I will do soup.

Spent half an hour dancing to uber-cheese with DC earlier - that's got to count for something, right?

I know Blush I've got to go tomorrow. I can't go next week as he's not there and the house will be torn apart.

Me too Bitter. 30 mins of any exercise per day is great. Smile

morning Grin

hello everyone, im alive!!

mouse - mole was at consultant this morning. He said she had GERD but said to slowly start taking her off the medicines as shes on so many. So first to go is the M? whatever its called, the muscle relaxant one. He thinks that makes reflux worse.

He said next step was a referral for a general anaesthetic and an endoscopy (i think) but he said not to bother as it would only say yes or no to the reflux and if it was a yes then they'd just suggest lanzropole which shes on anyway. So we've said we wont bother. Got to go see him again in 3 months.

He also said to try to cut down on her milk and fill her with food instead as milk (or any liquid) makes the reflux much worse (not much help to you I know).

Bitter - sorry the puppy has gone, although usually with things like that if they seem too good to be true they are.

BrianAndHisBalls · 26/01/2011 19:27

Brian - GORD. It's GERD in the states. Grin

Do you know what? Nemo is on no meds. He's better off than on them. If she's on them and they're not working for her, why bother?

Your doc sounds good IME! Hang on to him!
