If the answer is yes, then this is the place for you. We are the Worst Healthy Eating Thread Ever, or WHETE.

I'm Bitter, and with the help of the lovely ladies on this thread I have gained half a stone since christmas.

We are all doing it in our own way, some are stuffing chocolate, some are gorging on carbs, I have chosen to quit smoking and combine my newly discovered taste buds with no exercise whatsoever.

So if you would like to spend your days chatting about things you have eaten, things you are going to eat or hell, just things you would like to eat, pull up a bariatric chair and tuck in.

No timewasters.

I'm Mouse and have a mild addiction to cheddar cheese.

I'm actually losing weight at the moment so will no doubt be drummed out of the LIGHTer club some time soon.Sad

I want to lose another half stone by Easter, taking me to 9.6 stone.

First, I have to learn to stop gorging on cheese, chocolate and cock carbs Wink

Oh, and hormental weeks are weeks 'off', as are FFFs (Fat Free Fridays) when you get to eat what ever you want, full fat everything! Grin

Ah, I see re Wii. I wasn't sure if you could put in what you've eaten and it sayd to you that you need to burn of X cals to get rid of the cake you've scoffed! Grin

Anywho, I did 30 mins of racing cars on the floor with Nemo and cooked and done housework so have burned off my two choc biscuits that I caved into this afternoon Hmm

Morning, weighed in last night, and .... I have put on a pound but lost 2 pound in body fat Hmm
Am back in the zone today, have water, yoghurt and apple with me to work for snack, had 2 slices of wholemeal toast this morning but had no protein, was going to have boiled egg but had no eggs so wasn't possible.

Yayayayayayay for being on hols. Nearly your birthday to birthday girl!

Desire - that's actually not that bad. And I bet not as bad as you thought it would be?

Re protein, how about a chicken salad? Can you get out at lunch at all? As long as it's low fat/low cals, you should be okay as you'll burn the carbs off today, rather than them sitting with you at night.

Another noght of broken sleep. I think I'm getting used to it.

Woke up drenched in sweat and sore throat again.

Not sure what that's about.

Busy day here, Nemo's nurse and SALT are coming today. One at 11, one at 2pm so if I vanish, that's why!
