morning all

have just finally found my battery dead phone and plugged it in so if any of you have been desperately calling me and fretting i'm ignoring you then fear not

i've stopped watching Xfactor, i think it's only the auditions that i can tolerate watching, i find the show itself really dull.

i'm up for a weigh-in tomorrow.

bitter - i'm on season 4! think i'll cry when i run out.

ds said as i walked in the room earlier, 'what's that lovely smell?', i said dunno and he said, "it's you!" probably trying to make up for telling me i stink of worms on toast yesterday.

I have no car and no husband for the day. DC are driving me mad.

How many hours till bedtime?

quite a few bitter.

i'm wondering what to do with them myself.

Need to go to the shops at some point and may take ds for a post lunch drink in hopes of bumping into carpenter guy for his advice on converting my table. it would make a nice dining table wouldn't it? and it would be big enough for me and ds. though i'd have to come up with a solution for all of those dinner parties i throw

shame you haven't got a car, could've joined us for a drink later.

Have had a good few days. Friend really enjoyed the hockey last night, as did I, and I managed to get 3 player's autographs in my programme :)

Oooh and went on the ice in the interval to play Shoot the Puck, 3 pucks, 3 shots at an empty net. The girl I played against got 2, and so did I! But because it was her 21st during the week, one of my shots got deflected by the presenter so she won! I got a little pin badge though :) I tell people I got 2/3 though, because I did! He even admitted it after!

ds is bundled up and in the garden with cat. i have a moments peace.

I am editing last night's 125 photos, doing bits of uni work in between, and am making a cake later. It's one of these kits and includes buttercream icing, which I've never done before, always used fondant. Should be fun.

It's chuffin freezing here. I nearly died of cold last night and garlic poisoning. Gah.

DD is still at her sleep over. Electrician is coming round soon, Nemo is puking for England, MrM is making bread and I am just dressed.

Beef casserole later, toast and coffe now and yes, up for a weigh in tomorrow.
