how nasty wif, sinuses seem to be the source of such hideous discomfort (I've touch wood never had sinus problems but know people who have had terrible trouble with them).

Sorry to have abandoned you all. Have had a bad couple of days and have been hiding a bit.

I have a ton of paperwork to get through this afternoon in preparation for a meeting tomorrow so it's just a pop in and say hi.
