Morning saf. Disturbed night here too. Had stupid anxiety dreams about getting to a do later on today. Ended in dh being horrible.

I'm a bit worried about him at the moment. He seems quite low. We've spoken about it and he says he'll use cbt more, but it has me worried.

Might not make it back as packing is a priority. So have a great day everyone

He went back on meds, lower dose, and they definitely help. He's been taking them well and being brilliant about it all. Just don't want him to get down again.

Sorry about your night UNO, and that DH is not doing quite so good. SAD is tough to deal with, does he do anything creative? There is something deeply therapeutic about focusing the negative spiral and creating something from it. ( - physician heal thyself).

I watched House of Flying Daggers last night, it was in subtitles and DS slowly peeled himself away from FB and MSN to watch it with me. It made me feel calm, as sad as it is.

I have a selection of bras in a selection of sizes, some of them even fit . I like sports bras. You don't have to worry about them in the tumble dryer
