Hello, I'm Bitter and I have lost around two stone, have another 4 or 5 pounds to go.

Come for the healthy eating, stay for the chat. We do more of the latter than the former!

Man alive, I wish my non existent norks would swell for any reason, I'd take the pain.

The only time I've had decent norks was 3 days post birth, with both DC.
