I'll go first

Breakfast was a slice of sourdough avocado and lemon.
Lunch was Greek salad, half a flatbread and halloumi.
Dinner is honey mustard chicken thighs, roast potato's, carrots and green beans.

I have some dark chocolate covered peanut butter stuffed dates for dessert.

2 latte and a peppermint tea! A Good day of food today.

Yesterday I had

B - fruit salad and coffee, mini pastry

L - pork fillet, new potatoes and salad

D - veggie packed bolognese sauce with a piece of garlic bread and sweetcorn

S - piece of Easter egg

L - will be daal with pitta
D - making chicken parmigiana, with wedges and broccoli

Amended :

Pre planning my meals today. Here we go:

• Bfast- natural yogurt with raw cashews, blueberries and oats

• Snack- 2 eggs & half an avocado

• Lunch - 2 chicken thighs and salad of lettuce / kidney bean / green olives

• Snack - 3 Brazil nuts, teaspoon of almond butter & some raisins

• Dinner - salmon fillet brocoli and kidney beans

  • snack- 3 rice cake with butter, marmite & avocado
  • snack - natural yoghurt with blueberries and walnuts

Out of interest which rice cakes do you use? Thinking of getting back on them as used to be a big fan!

2 cups of tea
2 weetabix with oat milk

coffee with oat milk

edamame salad and tabbouleh with feta, 2 slices of brie, some olives, a small homemade cheese scone (half normal white half spelt), portion of homemade tiramisu, water

sparkling water
half a piece of flapjack (homemade)

dinner is sweet potato, tofu and kidney bean curry (cashew and tomato based sauce) with rice and half a garlic naan

For brunch I had:
Two homemade buns. One with butter and orange marmelade and the other with butter and cheese. I also had one homemade walnut biscuit, and a cup of black tea.

For dinner I had rice with chicken, carrots, courgettes and potatoes baked in an onion and turmeric broth. And a Pepsi Max.

I'll probably have a toffee ice cream cone later tonight.

Lunch was leftover spaghetti Bol sauce with salad, sweetcorn and a piece of garlic bread.

Snack was some Easter egg

Dinner is a beef burger Pattie with smashed potatoes and mixed Mediterranean veg

D: roast chicken drumsticks with oregano, roasted vegetables: carrot, brocolli, broad beans, yellow pepper, onion, garlic, courgette, mushrooms. Both roasted in a little avocado oil.

Mug of coffee with hot semi skimmed milk and 1 tsp sugar.

Lunch - half a local deli sandwich - sourdough bread, avocado, olives, salad leaves.

Dinner - the other half of the sandwich with a slice of ham and some oven chips.

L: Broccoli and asparagus soup with wholemeal roll (both homemade). Some mini pretzels and a peach
Snack: Banana and a chocolate digestive
D: 3x veg samosas with sweet chilli sauce and an orange.
Supper: small bowl of high protein greek vanilla yogurt and high protein honey and seeds granola sprinkled on top.

Trying to up my fruit and veg.
