I'll go first

Breakfast was a slice of sourdough avocado and lemon.
Lunch was Greek salad, half a flatbread and halloumi.
Dinner is honey mustard chicken thighs, roast potato's, carrots and green beans.

I have some dark chocolate covered peanut butter stuffed dates for dessert.

2 latte and a peppermint tea! A Good day of food today.

  • Breakfast - porridge cooked with banana, egg whites & a drizzle of peanut butter
  • snack - energy bar
  • lunch - 2 scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, whole avocado on rice cakes
  • snack - handful raw nuts
  • dinner - FroYo with granola and choco sauce (it's the weekend!! 😂)
  • snack - few raisins

One black coffee first thing.

1 Activia yogurt and a small palmful of Jordan's granola. Late breakfast.

Lunch was about 2 pm. 2 small slices of salami and three of those little tapas mini-peppers stuffed with goats cheese.

Having roast chicken, roast potatoes, stuffing, parsnips, carrots, spring greens, runner beans and gravy at about 6pm.

Got Charlie Bigham Cherry Bakewell pudding and custard for dessert.

Two eggs (normally one but past their use by date so...)
One slice Hovis seeded, toasted
Avocado
Smoked salmon
Tomatoes

Dinner will be cheese and chorizo quesadillas with salad, Diet Coke.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs on toast

Lunch - yoghurt, oats, seeds and mixed berries (i couldn't be arsed and fancied something sweet)

Dinner - jacket potato, peri peri chicken and mixed salad

Snacks - a couple of pieces of dark chocolate

Not such a good day foodwise. Went out for breakfast with a good friend. Cafe we were supposed to meet at, where I intended to have scrambled eggs on toast, was unexpectedly closed.

Ended up somewhere that only had pastries. Had a blueberry ricotta pastry and 2 skimmed milk decaf lattes, followed by a long walk.

Came home and about 4pm had some garden raspberries with kefir, almonds and hazelnuts.

DH made dinner: 1 wholewheat burrito stuffed with vege chilli, with steamed courgette, green beans and brocolli.

Planning my meals ahead of time now and will check in this evening to see how close to it I was.....

  • Breakfast- banana porridge with peanut butter
  • Snack- half a cantaloupe melon sprinkled with home made granola
  • Lunch- 3 scrambled eggs and bit of smoked salmon
  • dinner - salmon fillet with brocoli
  • snack - 10 raw cashes and 3 Brazil nuts

• 9pm snack - 10 raw cashes and 3 Brazil nuts

breakfast ; oatmeal with apple, cinnamon and seeds. With a banana on top for the toddler.

mid morning snack : avo toast

late lunch; pasta with freezer stash pasta sauce lol.

Caveat that I’m dieting:

Breakfast: small portion of cereal

Mid morning: latte with skimmed milk and sugar free syrup

Lunch: chicken pesto pasta salad (pre made one from M&S)

Dinner: chicken and salad plus a ham/dairylea roll up, followed by a banana

L: Big bowl of salad with cucumber, tomato, celery, avocado, melon and turmeric hummus.
S: 1 medjool date stuffed with almond butter and walnut halves
