I'll go first

Breakfast was a slice of sourdough avocado and lemon.
Lunch was Greek salad, half a flatbread and halloumi.
Dinner is honey mustard chicken thighs, roast potato's, carrots and green beans.

I have some dark chocolate covered peanut butter stuffed dates for dessert.

2 latte and a peppermint tea! A Good day of food today.

We're away in North Norfolk.
Poached egg on toast.
Dressed Cromer crab with salad, new potatoes,
Wholemeal wrap with a blue cheese spread, cucumber, baby leaves and a ripped slice of smoked salmon.
A 25g bag of McCoys beef crisps.
2 lites water, a half of IPA, a glass of red wine, a can of sugar free 7up.

4 chocolates from a tub of Celebrations

1 and a half slices of toast with mashed tinned sardines on, and stuck under the grill.

Just waiting for a chinese takeaway for dinner.

B: kefir with plums, apricots and almonds. Decaf skimmed milk latte.
L: Salad with cucumber, tomato, apple, avocado, tinned mackerel. 1 slice ancient grain sourdough.
S: 1/2 chopped banana, 2 garden strawberries, kefir, cacao powder and hazelnuts, all mixed together.
D: Hake fillet, cauliflower cheese, broad beans and garden spring green cabbage.

D - bowl of home made veggie curry with a paratha

S - yoghurt with coffee crumbs sprinkled on top.

8 portions of veg and the only processed food was the bacon Smile

L: Salad with cucumber, tomato, avocado, goats cheese, turmeric sauerkraut. Cherries.
D: Chickpeas in tomato, pepper and smoked paprika sauce, green salad with olives, 1/2 wholemeal pitta bread.

A muesli Activia yohurt and a small handful of granola.

A big bowl of cornflakes with s/s milk and sugar.

About 5 Celebrations chocolates.

A smallish dinner of beef stew, carrots, peas and mash.

1 gin and tonic.

Lunch: 3 scrambled eggs with some cheese and a slice of toast (A LOT of Tabasco)

Dinner: stir fried vegetables and prawns - dh bought the wrong stir in sauce, I could have cried

I am dieting and intermittent fasting. Miserable is an understatement. If I don’t order a deliveroo it will be a miracle

L: mixed leaves, carrot, beetroot, walnuts, evoo. Baked salmon with almonds. Strawberries and dark chocolate. Cherry yoghurt with whey protein

D: rye bread with avocado, sumac, chicken and garlic. Kiwi with dark chocolate.

Literally 3 packets of walkers multipack crisps (dh bought a multipack of prawn cocktail and knows its my kryptonite)
Prawns in tomato sauce
1/3 of a small glass of a peanut butter protein shake

I am dieting and really struggling with cravings. I’m trying to not eat again today as I have sat on my arse all day and the only activity I will do today is an hour long dog walk. Blaming my period but I have binging issues.

About to eat tuna with wholewheat spaghetti and spinach. Followed by tinned fruit and Greek yogurt.
