I'll go first

Breakfast was a slice of sourdough avocado and lemon.
Lunch was Greek salad, half a flatbread and halloumi.
Dinner is honey mustard chicken thighs, roast potato's, carrots and green beans.

I have some dark chocolate covered peanut butter stuffed dates for dessert.

2 latte and a peppermint tea! A Good day of food today.

Mug of tea with semi skimmed.
Mug of coffee with semi skimmed and 1 tsp sugar.
2 slices of sourdough toast, smashed avocado with s&p, chipotle flakes, squeeze of lime, drizzle of ev olive oil.
Cold roast chicken salad made with mayo & greek yogurt, spring onions, cucumber, celery, radishes and chopped walnuts. Baby new potatoes. Green salad. 2 glasses rose wine.

B: kefir with apricots, plums, pumpkin seeds and hazelnuts. Decaf skimmed milk latte.
L: Boiled egg, big salad with fennel, tomato, nectarine and turmeric sauerkraut.
S: 1 medjool date, few walnuts, square 90% chocolate.
D: Fish curry made with wild salmon, flat beans, purple sprouting brocolli, garlic, fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, cumin seeds, ground cumin and coriander, chilli flakes, tinned tomatoes and coconut milk.

Been a strange & random snacky day today.

  • B -porridge with banana, pecans & raisins
  • S- energy bite and oat cappuccino
  • L- scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, avocado, rice cakes
  • S- protein bar, few nuts & raisins, blueberries and small slice of veggie puff pastry

Unsure if I'll have anything else ... perhaps some crackers or something small shortly.

I skipped breakfast but had a instant coffee with milk when I arrived at work. Had a biscuit around 10 30. Had a takeaway ham salad sandwich for an early lunch. It had a tiny side salad and five crisps. Dinner was at 7pm Duck (skinless) and veg stir fry with boiled rice and a pack of mini chocolate buttons

T - hash brown waffles, beans and 2 fried eggs and side salad

No such a healthy day today.

B: kefir with banana and pumpkin seeds. Decaf skimmed milk latte.
L: Ancient grain sourdough sandwich with jarlsberg cheese. Tomato, turmeric sauerkraut, nectarine, cherries.
S: 4 squares 90% chocolate.
S: small bowl mixed nuts: pecans, almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts.
D: spicy slow cooked lamb casserole in tomato sauce with onion, garlic, chilli, coriander, aubergines and mushrooms.

Small glass organic primitivo (first wine I've had for a few weeks I think).

L: sardines on toast, green salad with carrot, walnuts, evoo, sprouted legumes, kiwi dark chocolate

D: Battered haddock from fish and chip shop, peas and beans, another kiwi (they contain melatonin and really help my sleep)

1 large glass of spicy tomato juice.

1 McDonalds Egg McMuffin

Tonight I have a one person portion of fish curry from a 'healthy' ready meal range.

Blimey, I've eaten a lot today. This will be the most I've eaten in one day in a while.

Probably have a clementine afterwards. Wish it was a satsuma but they don't seem to be available at my local tesco any more.

I didn’t wake up till late today:

Corn tacos with avocado, chilli, lime and coriander (brunch)

packet of cheese and onion crisps
confit duck leg, with port and orange sauce (pre made gressingham range), potato dauphinois (morrisons), spring greens
lemon posset

a lazy day, with more ready made food than I usually eat, but I really enjoyed it.

I had for drinks a few cups of tea, a fresh apple juice and two glasses of red wine.

Breakfast 6am was a cup of tea with milk no sugar, and 120 gram packet of pork tongue slices.

Lunch 2:00 p.m. was an omelette made with four eggs, two ounces of cheddar cheese, and a dash of double cream.

Dinner 7:00 p.m. will be a bag of chips from the chip shop, this is a special treat because it is my birthday. I will eat them out the bag with a fork covered in salt and vinegar.
