Oooh I love these! My mean plan for the week is...
Tonight we had toad in the hole (homemade Yorkshire and Cumberland sausages), buttered cabbage, carrots, sweetcorn, buttery creamy mash and thick onion gravy.
I'm defrosting gammon for tomorrow to have with homemade chips, egg and beans.
Wednesday is garlic and lemon salmon fillet with wild rice and tenderstem broccoli.
Thursday will be homemade lasagne with a side salad, avocado, lettuce, baby tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, croutons.
Friday is chicken and bacon pie with new potatoes and lots of veg.
Saturday homemade chicken curry with basmati rice and naan.
Sunday roast beef and all the trimmings 😍
