Very much looking forward to getting back on the bandwagon and not eating another Pringle for 11 months.

Tomorrow: Tuscan gnocchi
Saturday: pizza take out
Sunday: enchilada bake
Monday: Jambalaya
Tuesday: Thai peanut noodles
Wednesday: friend is cooking
Thursday: mushroom stroganoff

Monday: mushroom risotto
Tuesday: salmon, mash and green beans
wednesday: burgers and trimmings
thursday: veggie bolognese

friday heading off for half term in the Lake District!

Tonight - spag bol
Tomorrow/Tuesday.- veg/lentil soup + rhubarb crumble
Wednesday- shasuka
Thursday- chicken Kiev, potatoes, carrots and peas
Fri - aubergine curry

Argh, I'm uninspired and sent DH to do basic shopping yesterday, but not proper meal planning. Thinking:

Tonight: spaghetti bolognaise
Tomorrow: Chicken and cauliflower curry
Wednesday: I'm out for dinner - DH can make the DC breakfast for dinner or chicken burgers!
Thursday: I have a full head of broccoli so maybe something like broccoli with a satay sauce on rice?
Friday: Pork schnitzel (doing a lidl shop this week and their schnitzel is delicious) with mash and veg

Tonight - left over parmigiana pie
Tuesday - Aash soup
Wednesday - porcini ragu
Thursday - Sweet potato vindaloo
Friday - mattar paneer
Saturday - lentils and sausages

Very busy next week so it’s all quick stuff…
Tomorrow: out for a meal
Saturday: veggie sausage and bean stew
Sunday: lentil and mushroom shepherds pie
Monday: spiced lentil and tomato soup with sourdough
Tuesday: veggie Pad See Ew
Wednesday: ravioli in sage butter

Friday: takeaway pizza on our stop off up north

Sunday: out for Sunday lunch

Tuesday: stealing Sausages and Lentils (chicken for DD)
Wednesday: out for dinner somewhere in Liverpool
Thursday: Japanese noodle stir fry

All present and correct this week apart from tonight's planned aubergine curry as couldn't find any aubergines.

Tomorrow: At a gig - will grab something while out
Sunday: Greek style roast pork
Monday: Penne with roasted squash and red onions
Tuesday: veggie chilli
Wednesday: butternut squash and feta fritatta
Thursday: pasta bake with peppers and sausages
Friday: another crack at the aubergine curry.
Saturday: At friend's house to watch rugby with a takeaway

Tonight I'm using up the kataifi pastry from the parmigiana pie rather than the planned mattar paneer

I'm winging it over here a lot. Came on here to get some focus.

Tonight: sweet and sour chicken
Tomorrow: halloween party so sausages, pizza and too much chocolate
Wednesday: Something with mince as I realised we have loads in the freezer and more arriving this week. Probably bolognaise.
That's it. I've got nothing beyond that! Need to do an online shop before Thursday so will figure it out then!

Root veg stew with herb dumplings

Tonight - Moroccan eggs
Friday - broccoli and salmon quiche
Saturday - vegan meatballs with tomato and veg sauce and chunky sweet potato chips
Sunday - chicken or lamb curry with rice (depends what DH gets at the butcher's) - batch cooking this
Monday - coconut dahl - making a couple extra portions for lunches too but my dahl never freezes well

Nothing super fancy this week. No time.

It's a bit meat heavy this week!!

We have had ridiculously expensive shopping recently due to some entertaining and a few mess ups on my online order (I accidentally ordered 2 of everything on Amazon. Thank god it was mostly NOT fresh/perishable food). So I am trying to work my way through what's in the freezer/fridge and do as little shopping as possible.

M: Butternut risotto
T: Spaghetti and meatballs
W: Aubergine, tomato and chilli pasta with feta cheese (if DH doesn't eat it)
Th: I think I'll be out with DD so the boys can have fish cakes and veg
Fri: Pork mince and veggie stir fry with rice

Monday: Arrabiata
Tuesday: sweet and sour pork from Woks of Life
Wednesday: Surprise Tatin by ottolenghi. This will be a new one for me, fingers crossed it goes ok.
Thursday: posh bangers and mash (red wine and rosemary sauce for the sausages), broccoli.
Friday: Mussels and chips/moules frites.
