Dinner party on Sunday. Making bouillabaisse which is an absolute faff and just cannot be bothered to spend more than 5 minutes on dessert.

Apart from buying something premade what can I go with?

Pretend you're going fashionably retro... butterscotch angel delight decorated with chocolate buttons!
I would be entirely happy if someone served this to me...

I do a pavlova in the summer and coffee liquor chocolate pots in the winter. Gregg Wallace’s recipe is excellent. I often serve it with a shot of Tia Maria on t side!

A single round scoop of good vanilla ice cream in a martini glass (or similar) with a splash of coffee liqueur over the top is the perfect end to any rich meal, and is no effort at all.

Faisselle, (or low fat yoghurt of your choice.
red fruit coulis( I can make it (berries in pan, a little water, a little sugar. Reduce/sieve. Can do the day before)
or buy sachets frozen)
