After work quick tea, wolfed down by the DC!

Cooked some pasta
Chopped up a couple of tomatoes and a ball of mozzarella
Fried up a box of lardons
Mixed the pasta, mozzarella, toms and lardons together. Added a few black olives, a couple of abel spoons of philly and a blob of pesto
Stuk it in a dish
Cover in grated cheddar
Grilled it

I thought I'd made enough for DH's tea too, but there's hardly any left. This never happens! They both ate it all up, even DS who "doesn't like tomatoes".

I called it "Pizza Pasta" because its all the stuff you'd usually get on a pizza, but in pasta.

Pointythings I have just found your veg curry recipe and tried it last night. It was yum but not sure I did it right. Do you drain all the tins as mine was very dry? How much is lots if chilli sauce? Any extra info will be gratefully received

Fish finger pie is a genius idea. My absolute favourite childhood meal all in one (fish fingers, beans and instant mash). Thanks!

Courgette slice but can be any veg.
Can also add bacon.
Grate courgette mix with egg and a little flour. Garlic. Seasoning and any herbs.
Bake in the oven in a load tin.

Primula cheese spread in a tube (the kind with chives if you're pushing the boat out) is brilliant stirred into hot pasta. Add a tiny splash of milk if it's too thick. I do this with chopped sausages/salmon/prawns on top and some veg/salad.

For a more sophisticated taste, do half and half Primula and creme fraiche with a squeeze of lemon juice.

Phillichilli dip

Layer of cream cheese, then layer of chilli (left over, batch cooked or tinned if needs must 😉) then layer of grated cheese. Bake till hot and serve with tortillas and eat with fingers!

Am only on page one and am posting to say that this is GENIUS, thank you to whoever posted it:

Whisk up raw eggs, add Paxo sage and onion stuffing leave for five minutes to be absorbed then just cook like an omelette they all love it, we named it omloaf. I have had friends children scoff it when they hate eggs.
