Your absolute favourite slow cooker recipe?

Now that autumn has landed I've dusted off the slow cooker. I'm using it about three times a week, but my repertoire is fairly limited. I'm not an extravagant cook by any means.

I've done tagines, casseroles, beef roasts and a curry but looking for more inspiration.

Please can you share your favourite fool-proof slow cooker recipes? Thanks

My most favourite ever though you do need to reduce the sauce afterwards, sometimes.
