So.... Is anyone interested in a thread where we all say what we are having for tea / dinner depending on where you live, and I can steal your lovely ideas. Hopefully we could share ideas?
We are having turkey burgers in buns with corn on the cob and salad tonight, homemade pizza tomorrow.

Enjoying this great - great idea! Chippie tonight. The salads sound amazing. Mine are never adventurous - most I've done is add 5 bean salad!

Spicy ricey in toasted wraps for us - basically peppers, beans and other fridge veg fried off in mexicany spices, then simmered in stock with rice.

Bit of halloumi and some mashed up avocado in the wrap, handful of rice mix and smoky BBC sauce, toast in press, done.

CaptainWarbeck · 11/06/2016 11:08

BBC sauce?! BBQ sauce!

Howaboutthisone · 11/06/2016 12:10

Fish finger sandwiches here as I made a bacon, mushroom and tomato muffins earlier but also because boxes of 20 cod fillet fish fingers were 50p in Morrisons as the sell by date was the end of June so I need to use up the box three boxes that I bought.

MelanieCheeks · 11/06/2016 15:56

I need to clear out the cheese drawer, so it'll be mac'n'4 cheese sauce, with green beans.

IHaveBrilloHair · 11/06/2016 17:54

Salady bits, some homemade, (fruity curry cous cous, chilli and olive penne, anchovy peppers), some just from the fridge, (cheese, pickles, sliced peach)
Have been cooking for tomorrow though and have broccoli, blue cheese and walnut cannelloni all lined up.

Had a massive lunch so either a bit of pasta or toast and peanut butter

AllThePrettySeahorses · 11/06/2016 19:43

Sweet potato and green bean satay/curry sauce thing (made from scratch by me - I'm so proud of myself because I'm not a natural cook) with half a bag of mushroom stir fry and some noodles. Only 25 mins from starting to peel the sweet potato to being lobbed on the plate.

TondelayaDellaVentamiglia · 11/06/2016 19:55

still haven't bought my smokies, brillo :o

We had a very retro supper...lasagne and garlic bread, just like the eighties! All home made...used my instant pot for the ragu yesterday.

AintNobodyHereButUsKittens · 11/06/2016 20:07

TweeBee · 13/06/2016 17:31

This had dropped off my active threads so I missed it!
Yesterday we had pork meatballs with pasta and I made a veg sauce, tonight I'm doing honey and mustard ham (slow cooked first and then roasted) and making paprika chips in actifry. Carrots and whatever other veg I get to first in the freezer to go with it!
