although you dont know me i did post on your thread last year and i was glad too see that you were on the up when i came back to mn after a long break
im a great believer in things happening for a reason-it must be such a harsh blow after everything that has happened but maybe its the only way you can truly make a fresh start and move on-sounds trite now but maybe in a few years time you ll know it was the best way and possibly wouldnt change it

Just what you need

Consult a solicitor asap, hon. He can't "choose" what to pay as the whim takes him, neither can he "choose" what happens to the house without consulting you. You need to chat to the solicitor to work out your next step (and to call his bluff somewhat).

Then you need to speak to whoever is covering for that solicitor at the practise.

that doesn't sound right essbee, are you sure? did your solicitor tell you that?

it is highly unlikely that any court would see you homeless, first priority is always to welfare of the child and to ensure the child has a home.
