You're not really you at the moment, essbee - not the real you. And you're having to cope with a lot of shit on your own. You are not an awful mother, and you are a smashing person, and you will get past this and climb out of your hole.

So what, spray it with something. Or can you put a wash on now and tumble dry in the morning? Do you have a tumble drier? (I don't or would be forever doing this!)
