hope too you manage a little kip tonight....try to be strict and turn off the pc nice and early...say 11pm, or set yourself a time to say you won't come back on here after j's last feed or something, and then try to settle.....maybe sleep doesn't come easily to you because your eyes and brain are over stimulated...(if only it were that simple..i know that there are other things that stop you from sleeping, but you know what i mean...) bf late at night used to make me sleepy...you can use all of these little tricks to try and help yourself.
i hope you can get home start asap..they are amazing..i used to work for them...its a really secure, comfortable, safe feeling in the in the mother and toddler sessions because the groups are not public access..only other parents with home start workers are there, and also, ask to be paired with a volunteer...they can give you moral support, a listening ear, a hand to hold, as well as practical things like taking you to appts and stuff...really. its an amazing thing...
well done on getting your 3 things done today....thats a great acheivment that you couldn't have done even a matter of days ago...step by step...you're getting there chick.
