wheresmyfroggy · 18/02/2005 23:06

Dont listen to a word lockets says, it's the pregnancy hormones, shes talking in tongues. I'm a fine figure of a man/boy/thing whatever

Lonelymum · 19/02/2005 18:38

I've done it!!!! You won't know, but if I look on threads I am on, I have currently killed five threads!!! Beat that ggglimpopo! (or anyone else)

miam · 19/02/2005 19:01

Da daaaah!! Beat you Lonelymum - five current thoroughly murdered threads - plus this one makes SIX!!!!

(Why do I feel so smug when it is so obviously saaaad?)

And has the conversation finally died on FBW too? I did wonder how you would describe that rather delicate problem if you wanted to look it up in the archives... (not that I would ofcourse ) Thankyou for giving it a title.

Lonelymum · 19/02/2005 19:05

Nope this one isn't dead yet Miam! As for FBW, I really want an in depth discussion about it. I think Alexsmum mentioned it first and I was a bit taken aback as this is something I get sometimes and I had no idea why. The Alexsmum suggested it was due to weak pelvic floor and I really want to know how she knows that. Is that really true? Does anyone know?

miam · 19/02/2005 19:08

well, considering I may have had the misfortune to have suffered this taboo condition at one point, it is more than likely due to the fact that I did absolutely NO pelvic floor exercises after all 4 of my labours. Also resulted in not being able to jump on a trampoline without incontinence knickers on.... fortunately that is not a daily problem though!

Lonelymum · 19/02/2005 19:10

Oh shake my hand sister! I did hardly any pelvic floor exercises either and I had four labours too. I thought I was doing quite well as I have no sign of incontinence, which is why I was concerned when Alexsmum said FBW was due to a weak pelvic floor.

miam · 19/02/2005 19:11

Just DONT jump on any trampolines and you will be ok!! Got to go out, but keep this line of discussion open.... best thing I have read for ages lol!!

ok girls i'm back and ready to discuss fbw if you would like lonelymum!

Lonelymum · 19/02/2005 19:39

Thought that would get you going ggglimpopo! Had to work hard at not replying there!

Alexsmum, yes please! Tell all! How do you know about this?

alexsmum · 19/02/2005 19:44

not sure, just one of those that you know.!

let's just think of it as an amusing party trick!

Lonelymum · 19/02/2005 19:45

Right lets get graphic now. But is the air in your bladder or vagina? I can't work it out myself.

alexsmum · 19/02/2005 19:46

just changing the subject briefly- are you having a good weekend lonelymum? I am- got to say the flat feeling disappeared last night and we had a lovely evening, and today has been great. hope it's the same for you. how was bab's birthday?

alexsmum · 19/02/2005 19:46

your vagina of course!

marthamoo · 19/02/2005 19:48

I can only see 39 of the "threads I'm on" but I've killed 6 of them. Is that good or bad?

If I have ever ignored, not acknowledged, or ridden roughshod over anyone on my cart horse I am SORRY!

marthamoo · 19/02/2005 19:49

Just scrolled down - I beat you, lonelymum!

alexsmum · 19/02/2005 19:50

hi marthamoo! if you on 39 threads then you are obviously one of the netball playing popular girls and don't need to worry about killing threads!

Lonelymum · 19/02/2005 19:50

Oh not the best. Dh is still kicking up a fuss because I want to live with him as soon as possible, ie this Wednesday. He wants me to wait until Easter. No chance! He packed our MPV with furniture today and was going to drive to our new home (3 hours away), unpack and drive back but I persuaded him to go tomorrow instead as I just couldn't face today without him. Also, becuase it was ds3's birthday. Not that we did anything special: just had a birthday tea.

So now, dh is goig to be away all tomorrow and may even stay there tomorrow night if snow is forecast. Otherwise, he will have to get up and leave home at about 5:30 am Monday morning which doesn't appeal to him if the forecast is bad.
Any of that make sense?

Glad your w/e is better than you thought if would be. Doing/done anything nice?

marthamoo · 19/02/2005 19:53

I'm on more than 39 threads - it'll only let me look at 39 And that's with 24 + hours of no internet

I guess that's one way of looking at it, alexsmum - or that I'm a saddo Norma No Mates with no home life who just can't stop posting on MN!
