Anxiety meds

Has anyone had any great break through on anxiety meds? Been on citalopram and sertraline but didn't help and made me feel numb x

@BetsyBobbins the benzodiazepines can just stop a panic attack if you take it when it starts. They’re great, but they are tolerance building so you have to use them sparingly otherwise take breaks of a week or two here and there

Thanks Anna, something to discuss with the psychiatrist when I hopefully see them. Discussing medication with GPS is like Russian roulette, you can never predict the outcome
