I get married in 8 days & I don’t want to see it alive.

I have a cpn appointment tomorrow but it’s more for anxiety management than mood related stuff.

I’m at a loss.

I don’t know. Alive? 😂 confused I think, I knew my mental health wasn’t great but didn’t think I was bad enough to be offered MBU when they’re in short supply.

I just don’t know what’s going to happen on Tuesday. My social worker said he was going to try speak to the psychiatrist. Surely if they thought I was at any real risk, they wouldn’t of left me to my own devices over the weekend?

I’m doing ok. I think the worst of it has passed. I still don’t want to be alive but also don’t want to kill myself.

Busy, sorting out final wedding arrangements & making sure everything’s in place. Had my nails done which made me feel slightly less shitty.
